Well Maintained is an early-access pilot operated by an individual (sole proprietor). By using it, you agree to these terms of service.

Service Description

Well Maintained provides home Health Scores, smart schedules, and optional paid in-home visits. An in-home visit may be carried out by the operator or a qualified partner we arrange. Our scores, schedules, and visits are informational and do not replace a certified home inspection or professional advice.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

Limitation of Liability

Well Maintained provides recommendations based on the information you provide. We are not liable for damages resulting from maintenance decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for critical repairs. Paid early-access visits are provided on a best-effort basis during the pilot.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
